History

The Revival Church of God was established on 24th April 1970 at a remote village called “ZOAR” located at about 7 km North from Yairipok Police Station. The village is accessible on a narrow hilly track on those days but now connected with three four wheeled vehicles. The first convention was led by (1) (L) Elder Neihau as Chairman, (2) (L) Dr. Damzakhai as Secretary, (3) (L) Soikhomang as Treasurer and other like-minded members those are the days where people are abhorrence to charismatic movement and of speaking tongue. Since then the Revival Church of God march ahead gradually and painstakingly despite some formidable problems and we are now celebrating the fiftieth Year of its existence in April 2020.
